Bangladeshis Making Mars Rover

Bangladesh’s United International University (UIU) will participate in an international robot building contest Poland. The team is made of 17 students, from the institution’s various departments.  
The UIU team is one of nine Bangladeshi teams compete in the annual European Rover Challenge (ERC) 2016, organized by the Mars Society. The competing teams will have to design and build a rover that can go on an expedition on Mars. 

The event aims to inspire young talents in the research, expedition to Mars, and to build a network among science enthusiast.

Venue: Jasionka, Poland
Date: 9 to 12 September.
